What is the best show on TV right now. What is the worst, Why?

I'd say Heroes is the best, it's like X-men, but more real life. Shows that not everyone would use their powers for thier own benefit.
Desperate housewives is probably the worst, but have not actually watched one. Seems like it is degrading though if it is about women sleeping with the pool boy, gardener etc...

The best at the moment is a toss-up between Supernatural and Torchwood. Both are great in their own right.

The worst... wow, where to start. I'm still hating Big Brother for what it did to Torchwood here in Australia, so maybe that. Anything that's a reality program I hate, with the exception of Survivor and The Amazing Race. I also dislike Californication, Ugly Betty, Desperate Housewives, 24, soapies in general.... I have rather a long list.

smallville is best and so is the paul o grady show oh and top gear.
