read the heroes novel at the nbc site - father petrelli was in the US military with linderman, he was even linderman's superior, so he should be a bit older.

noah bennet is still on his forties... linderman in his 50s... so father petrelli should be in his 50s or 60s

This is completely incorrect. There is no hint or sign in any episode that Noah and Mr Petrelli are at all related. It is also true that Arthur had a power, but Noah definately doesn't have a power, therefore it CAN'T be true.
