Question about Seinfeld?

My grandma, mom, nana, and brother won't watch seinfield anymore because of what that guy Michael Richards did. I was wondering if anybody else won't watch it either, because of him?

These are re-runs only......so no harm....they've already made their millions......tell your grandma, mom, nana, and brother they are only syndications......they won't be getting all of that money if they watch it! And, he did this thing that wasn't nice long after the show stopped airing. No hard there.

I watch it all the time...bought al nine seasons on dvd. I say gove the guy a break...he made a mistake..and lost his cool in the heat of the moment. I dont think he's racist...he was just trying to say something that would offend the guy to et back a thim.

What Michael Richards did was appalling. I sort of understand where he was trying go with it...he tried to be a shock comic, unfortunately, it was executed in the wrong way and he made himself sound less shockingly and more like a racist jerk.

I still watch the reruns of Seinfeld. I don't hold his one bad mistake against him as an actor. He was brilliant on the show.

You know how people today will carry on a loud conversation in the movie theater while the movie is going with no regard what so ever for anyone else around them or care who they may disturb? I understand that is pretty much what went on that night with Michael Richards at that comedy club. He was performing before a small live audience and found himself competing and being drowned out by two loud mouth drunks talking out loud and acting like those jerks in the movies. It went on for a while and then he lost control and unfortunately let go with the n word. There is no excuse for what he said but, but you can almost understand. People today don't know how to act in public. Michael Richards should not have to pay forever for this momentary lack of good judgment.

Everyone makes mistakes. Since he is famous, it was all over the news. So what?! People can get over it. Seinfeld is a funny show and I still watch it. So should everyone else who is a fan.

get over it, he apologized. what do you want the man to do? gimme a break, you guys are missin out on some good stuff. Try watchin :curb you enthusiam, its like seinfeld but on steroids.

They also use the "MF" word in public as loud as they can to describe everybody they are talking about.

Michael Richards lost it onstage, and thought it would just shut those guys up from talking loud while he was onstage. He used terrible judgement thinking it would be a comparison which would bother them just as much as their talking was bothering him onstage. He also apologized, and I have black friends who don't have any problem with it.

i saw the video and i think it was just blown out of proprtion. he had a moment of weakness and blurted out a word that wasn't "his". If you want to, you could tell your family to shut their eyes ever time he comes up on screen. its not like they will be infected if they watch him. its just comedy
