Episode of Scrubs that I cannot remember!?

What is the episode called where J.D. gets the Janitor to eat a penny, and it is actually a radar. And at the end of the episode, the batteries die and the Janitor calculates it will take him 10 seconds to change the batteries so he dashes at J.D. while the radar isn't working and knocks him down.

I know the exact scene but I need the episode name, or something major that the episode was about, please! Thanks. :]

Luckily, I remember this was an episode within the past couple seasons, so it made it easier to look up.

Th episode is called "My Bright Idea" from season 5.

The bigger event was Turk found out Carla was pregnant before she found out, and he let it slip to the whole hospital.

I love this show, it stinks that this is the final season.
