Who remember's "Capt Kangaroo Show"?

Mr. Green Jeans, Bunny, and who can not forgot Mr. Moose lol

I loved the moose!

I remember it

I remember this very well! I am 60 years old now but it seems like yesterday. Thanks for the nostalgia.

Mark, I do! I loved Mr. Green Jeans and of course Mr. Moose! 45 and proud.

I do. Born in 1968. Watched it all through my early years.

I do! 2 points "swish...!"

Oh, what fond memories....I used to watch him all the time as a kid. Mr. Moose was my favorite.

I remember. Good show.

I REMEMBER NOT TO MUCH, EXCEPT A RED RED SUIT THAT HE WORE...

i remember! i loved it as a child. if you have not read the story behind captain kangaroo then you should. it is very inspirational.

Yep - I remember. I think I liked Mr. Green Jeans best - or maybe it is just him I remember the most! Capt. Kangaroo sported quite a hairstyle!

I was born in '51. I remember also Sky King. Buckweat is my hero.

I used to live to watch it on Saturday mornings. I liked Tom Terrific.

ooh i do i do, i used to watch it on a daily basis to bad there are not shows out there anymore like that and sesame street too with big bird before everything got bad.

I do!!!!!!

Tom Terrific, Grandfather Clock, all those ping-pong ball pranks!! Wow! You brought back some very happy childhood memories. Thank you very much. Now I think I'll cry some happy tears and some of sorrow for Bob Keeshan a man who may be revered as the Saint of Children's Television.

meee

I LOVED THE CAPTAIN! My Dad and siblings and I watched it every day before school, and for some reason, the ping pong ball drop thing made me hysterical every time I saw it!

What about the dancing bear? And a zebra being called a horse in striped pajamas?

Never really got into Sesame Street, thought that was kinda for slow kids who didn't know their letters. But Cap'n Kangaroo was highbrow entertainment!

Don;t forget the ping pong balls, OK?

Captain K rocked!!! Mr. Greenjeans was always a little suspect though. haha

mr greenjeans had animals to introduce to the audience. he would tell about the animals.
tom terrific and the wonder dog manfred.
great old show!
