Family guy and chicken?

so what reasons do you think that peter and the chicken have such a serious and violent grudge against one another? whats their story? what really happened?

Although there is the excuse of the expired coupon, the real reason they don't get along is that when Peter travelled back in time, he knocked into the chicken at a dance and didn't apologize. (chicken had 20 years of stewing)

from what i can remember the chicken gave peter an expired coupon for a restaurant

yea peter had an expired coupon.

Wellz, They had a huge arguement over an expired coupon for a grocery store. Then ( im inferring ) the chicken got married to Mrs. Chicken and he told her the story. She didnt belive him blah bl ah blah. Then they got dinner reservations at this one place and then they got cancelled somehow.... then they found this other resteraunt with good halibut. Then the chicken ran to peters front door. THey faught more and then they forgot what they were fighting about. SO Mr CHicken invited peter over for dinner. Then they got in an arguement over the check and then he almsot killed him.

the chicken was standing outside a supermart and gave peter a free coupon. but when peter went inside to use it it was expired so he attacked the chicken and they've been fighting ever since.

well, it actually goes back farther than the coupon thing...in the episode "meet the quagmires," where peter goes back in time to win lois heart at the dance, the chicken is there...peter bumps into the chicken accidentally...the chicken gets all mad and some random guy tells the chicken 'oh don't worry about it, you'll probably never see that guy again anyway.' of course he and peter do meet up again...

yea the coupon but when peter traveled back in time they knocked into each other and almost fought and they told peter dont worry bout it you will never see him again lol

The original fight started over the expired coupon. Later they met and neither could remember what the fight was about, and they apologized.

The chicken invites Peter out to dinner at a restaurant, just Peter, not Lois, though the Chicken brings his wife. They have a good time and a good meal, but when the check comes, Peter insists on picking up the tab. The chicken objects, and then a polite discussion turns back into a fight, and they're off again.
