The real names of these F-R-I-E-N-D-S episodes?

I can't remember the real names. One is when Phoebe is writing a holiday song for the other friends, but has trouble rhyming their names. I think it's somewhere in the first three seasons.

And the one in which she volunteers to be a donation collector for the salvation army, to spread joy. I think this is in season 6 or later.


I just need the official titles, but if you know what season, that would be great, too.
