Obito Was Just Like Naruto And Kakashi Was Just Like Sasuke. Obito Wanted To Become Stronger Then Kakashi And Was Tired Of Kakashi Always Being The Best Without Hard Work. Kakashi Was Always Layed Back And Pretty Silent And Very Very Skilled.

Yes, he is an Uchiha and he's the one who gave Kakashi his sharrigan eye but he died back when Kakashi was a kid.
