Naruto Manga 382?

Jiraiya dies! Who else was really pissed off about that. I had a feeling he was going to die from the start. Even when he killed the three Peins. It was obvious when he told the frog to tell Naruto everything if he dies. Plus, he is going up against the Rinnegan. Also, do you think Uzumaki Naruto is the chosen one or do you think Pein is, the only one who has the Rinnegan? I was thinking it was Naruto, not Pein, from the start when Jiraiya started talking about he would be the one to teach the "chosen one," someone who will bring either peace or terror to the world.

well this chapter Didn't really specify if Jiraiya dies yet he died and then it said that he forced himself back to life with will power and he sent the little old frog to go send a message or something. It Didn't show him die but he probably is dead I'm just in denial I don't want him to die! Im going to kill Masashi Kishimoto haha lol j/k oh well someone had to die....

But they did make it kind of obvious that Jiraiya was gonna die, the way he was talking to tsunade and all =/

I was hurt also for a second about J-man... then I thought, there are too many people carrying, and babysitting Naruto and its time for him to make decisions as if a Jounin at least would. Not just fighting, attitude, interactions with others, consequences. Kakashi no long babysits him, Sakura does a little and thats to be expected. Tsunade as well is his number one fan but as Hokage she's like the 3rd... she can only help him within the bounds of Konoha where they are usually stuck. He's learned new jutsu's, and he's stepping up to take more responsibility, now it will have to shift into overdrive. This isn't too much to expect if you remember that Uchiha Itachi was a ANBU Leader at 13. If Naruto will truly be the "Greatest Hokage Ever", hey its about time to take the lead. In the manga I read, the last words Jiraiya spoke were "Naruto you are the chosen one, now its all up to you". I have a belief that Pein is the only one in the Narutoverse with the Rin'nengan and possibly Peace (Naruto) will battle Terror (Pein). I think after the transfer he slumped back down on the ground, but I wouldn't be surprised to see the Legendary Ero-Sanin Jiraiyasama explode one more earth sized rassengen mixed with oil. J man went out like a King of Toads! R I P.

he didnt die, he had the last words in the chapter, its very likely he will die, but he hasn't yet.

you know i was thinking the same theory as you when the great toad sage told jairaya of the child of destiny, when you read the description you can easily also put naruto in that category. and also naruto was trained by jiraiya so he may had thought because pein had those powerful eyes that he was the one who could change the world. i believe that it is naruto and when compared to the "failures" in jirayas life naruto wasn't a failure so it may be a good sign that there is hope

Im not sure Jiraiya dies, though, I mean I know he will, but are you sure thats how he dies...cuz I dont really think so!
