Rurouni Kenshin: who the heck is this Saito guy? |
I'm watching the Kenshin vs Shishio battle and some guy named Saito pops into the picture. Who is this guy? and after Shishio takes out Kenshin, Saito and Sano, another guy in a trench coat drops in. Who's that guy? saito use to be the leader of the 3rd squad of the shinsengumi during the war. their motto was aku soku zan which means slay evil immediately. he is a rival of kenshin and wants to fight the killer battousai but not the wanderer he has become. aoshi shinomori(the guy in the trench coat) was the leader of the oniwaban group of ninjas since he was 15. he is considered to be a genius and a rival of kenshin. all of his teamates were killed by a gatling gun trying to protect him in earlier episodes. i think around 10. |
