do you mean where they fight before sasuke leaves to go with orochimaru by the waterfall or the one where they fight in the roof and kakashi has to stop them??

[This is when Sasuke and Naruto fight at the Valley of End -- it shows whether Sasuke goes to Orochimaru or whether Naruto gets him back to Konoha]

[First time they fought where they actually tried to kill each other. This is when they are on the hospital roof and fighting]
