Have you ever met a person who has not seen Dragonball or Sailor Moon?

I mean everyone I know has either watched Dragonball or Sailor Moon when they were a kid.

Nope every one I know has seen both at least once. I grew up watching those anime and still love them I'm working on collecting all the DVDs so I can enjoy them whenever I want.

Edit: I guess very old or very young people probably haven't but I think if your below fifty and have cable you should have flipped past it at least once in the last decade or so.

Yes, and more that a few (but I've often worked with the parents of high school age kids (close to ten years ago), and I've also worked with a good number of senior citizens. Believe me, not everyone is in your age group, as hard as that might be for you to believe. Neither program was around when I "was a kid."

There's something other than age you've forgotten. America has at least one million legally blind adults (can't find any consistent figures on how many blind American children there are, but obviously there are more than a few). None of the blind have ever seen a episode of either program.

Naturally, I can't pull up any statistics on what portion of the current prison population watched Sailor Moon or Dragonball Z when they were young. I rather regret that; out of curiosity, I'd like to know if there is a demonstrable correlation or not.

Apparently you only make friends with people of your own age and background, which isn't the best thing in the world. Sooner or later, you're going to need to learn what to do when someone doesn't have the same opinions you do.

I've seen Dragonball with my brother but haven't seen sailor moon. I've later seen the manga of sailor moon tho and it SUCKED, no offence. Usagi's so annoying and stupid airhead and so are the rest of the sailor scouts except Ami and maybe Pluto, Uranus, and Neptune. The Outer Senshi weren't that horrible but the others were just BLAH~!

lol, I'm the closest example, I've watched like 2 episodes of DB only and never heard of sailor moon before, I knew sailor moon from Y!A and before that I didn't even hear about it, lol..

The newest generation of kids hasn't! I asked my sister recently, she is 12, and she said she does not know what those are!!!
It's mental! I grew up and became an anime tard because of those 2 (epic) anime!!!

I honestly don't know anyone who hasn't seen either, most of my friends and or associates are dorks like me, so its more then likely they've seen either 1 or both.

I hated Sailor Moon, but Loved Dragon Ball...

Hehehehh....you are almost right. Well, my mum never watched anime (heck, like she would *rolling my eyes*). But those in my age group have heard of either Sailor Moon or Dragonball even if they have not watched it. For me, I have watched both too...heheheh....and I liked Sailor Moon more (hey, I'm a girl after all).

I loved Dragonball when I was younger, but Sailor Moon was never shown on TV where I live. People considered anime a boy's thing.

yeah, i've watched both a little, but I didn't like sailor moon at all, what about dragonballz, i think i'll watch it again because back then i didn't get anything of it, coz i've seen it in german, so...but i have feeling that it must be great..

I've seen all the Episodes of Sailor Moon, the movies, and the live action, I bet there isn't one thing I don't know about Sailor Moon, well thats what everybody else tells me at least

well i dont know since i dont really ask that but maybe some people that were really young when they came out and didnt get a chance to see them.But i have seen them both.i like them a lot too.

Actually, my aunt hasn't even heard of Sailor Moon!
Which is really odd, 'cause I used to watch the dubbed version all the time when I was about five. Now I watch the original version (which is a lot better...). ^^ As for Dragon Ball, I've heard of it, watched one episode, and didn't really like it. :S

I was a person who did literally grow up with the show and it's my favorite(despite all the things the FCC tried to hide). Dragon Ball would have to be third next because I love Rurouni Kenshin too!
