Is there any goth comic books? Could a goth comic hero become popular?

If I come up with the stories, could someone do the drawings for me? I can't even draw a stick man!!!

Would one count Lenore? I think she's a pretty neat little Goth girl.

I can see it now...Goth Man! He's on a mission to find the darkest nailpolish and cry to whomever will listen! He's not afraid to cut himself in the face of danger and will stop at nothing to feel bad for himself!

Emily Strange, Bone, 4 Horsemen, Hell Boy, Dark Knight (Batman) alot of Fangoria comics are gothic same with Dark Horse and some DC. Spawns pretty dark too.

I don't know if there is but there is an urban comic book. It was The Crow and they also made a movie version.

Honestly, I find it kind of boring. But I like the drawings.

It's unlikely that an independently produce goth-styled comic book would find much of an audience (at least a paying audience). Then again, that's probably the only approach that would work for such a project.

Figure out how much money you can afford to lose on each issue, if four issues would take more than four thousand dollars, I'd suggest just trying a one shot (a publication complete onto itself with no sequel to the first story (or stories) planned). If you actually manage to break even or only lose a few hundred dollars, you would have something that well might be worth following up on.
