Are the harry potter movies over????

I know what they said "no more movies, because the charactors are too old."
But,are they 4 real?

they're currently filming the 6th film and the it will be out in 2008. the 7th and final film will be out in 2010. they will use the same actors. they have to!

no, because how many times have actors portrayed characters that were way younger. For example, I'm pretty sure all the actors in Accepted were not in highschool.

When the movies started out the people were the same ages as their characters. Now they're about a 1 or so off from the proper age. But that never stopped Shannen Doherty, Tori Spelling, or Luke Perry from playing teenagers well into their 20s

People are always talking about those kids ages. They are still in their teens unlike some of the shows in the US where actors are playing teens in their 20s. Luke Perry was playing a teen well into his 30s. As long as the Trio looks the part and make a boat load of money, they will still make the movies.

yes, Tom Cruise will be replacing Daneil Redcliff For the next Harry Potter movies to come, There will be more actions worth watching.

Certainly not over, the shows are so popular! the audience certainly dun mind the age of the characters!

No. Half Blood Prince is in production as we speak and should be out next Christmas. Deathly Hallows should be out by summer of 2010.

No the Harry Potter movies aren't over...at least not yet because they still need to do the 6th movie, Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince(which is being filmed right now for next year), and the last 7th movie, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hollows. Also, I don't think it really matters much that the characters aren't going to be the same. But I hope that the actors and actresses will look similar to the characters that they have to play role in.
