Ruruoni Kenshin Manga Question?

i have been reading Vagabond and i fell its time to read something else i was thinking of reading Ruruoni Kenshin but i want to know if the manga is diffrent from the anime because i could not read it if i have already watched it ps i am also thinking of reading Samurai Executioner and Lone Wolf & Cub and Blade of the Immortal can someone tell me if these are any good and if you havent noticed i like samurai's (ronin's)

The Rurouni Kenshin anime follows the manga pretty closely but the series is cut-off before the manga ends. There are a few filler episodes thrown into the mix.

Samurai Executioner and Lone Wolf and Cub are excellent sets. I would also recommend Path of the Assassin by the same creators.

It probably is different than the anime.............but the Long Wolf and Cub if the others are anything like the movies I seen of Long Wolf and Cub it's a must get.

near the end of the series kenshin fights enishi who is tomoes brother. in the anime its the religous guy i cant remember his name but he uses hiten mitsurugi style as well.the manga version is much better in this respect.the events that led up to this fight and the fight are way better than the anime.
