Who's smarter Lex Luthor, Batman, or Dr. Doom?

In what Order? I'd say Lex Luthor(mind over muscle) Dr. Doom, and than Batman.

Bill what do you mean Lex can't even defeat Superman, you make it sound like it's an easy task. Superman is one of most powerful people in the DC universe. And Lex has beaten him in the past, but screwed it up.

Well Lex Luthor and Dr. Doom always get caught and beaten up so I would guess Batman.At least if Batman gets beat up he ends up having the last laugh because he wins the war.

I'd go w/ the Batman and only because he's crazy he'd think outside the box (unpredictable) then comes Luthor and Dr. Doom the two of them seem to have a more linear straight foward logic

These are numbered but not necessarily in order. I think 1,2, and 3 are the Watcher, Galactus, and Braniac. With Honorable mention to the "Eternals" form the Green Lantern Corp. D.C. Comics.

5. Bruce Banner = Book Smarts / Hulk = No Smarts

6. Superman = Global Event Smarts, Cosmic Event Smarts, Extra Terrestrial/Advanced Civilization Smarts

7. Braniac = Artificial Intelligence Smarts, Computer Smarts, Machine Smarts, Global Event Smarts, Cosmic Event Smarts

8. Galactus = Extra Terrestrial/Advanced Civilization Smarts, Cosmic Intelligence, Multiverse Smarts

9. The Watcher = Supreme Intelligence, Beginning of Time and all Creation Smarts, Can't do a thing about nothing smarts.

10. The Eternals = Somewhere inbetween the Watchers and Galactus type Smarts.
