Batman has a much better and more recognizable cast of rogues than Superman does.

I already discussed this in the past with my friends...Definitely Batman. Why? Because Superman powers are those who anyone in his planet had, so if it wouldn't be destroyed any jerk could come to Earth or another planet where the creatures are weak and become a superhero?villain for nothing. And Batman trained and sharpen his skills and he is a superhero without even having super powers. Now that's cool and really a think to look up too. Almost anyone can be great with super powers but show me someone who can do it without.

BATMAN. even if he doesnt have powers look all of he acomplishes. Wo cares about superman, he has extra powers and he is still in the same stage as Batman (i also think that supermans outfit is just plain gay)

Comparing Batman and Superman is like comparing apples and oranges -- each is good for very different reasons. I think your best best is to declare your argument a draw.

Can't superheroes just get along lol? They are equal because they both fight crime, and fight evil! I think they are both cool.

Batman is my favorite . However I Wouldn't say that Superman is overrated, I think they are both great and that they both are at their best when they are together. Superman Has this feeling of being good, that one can simply wish to be like him, and Batman has this ability to assure the reader that everything is going to be alright just because he is there. I like Batman more however because I live in a fairly dangerous city. And seeing Batman beat the crap out of every mugger, murder, rapist, and mobster makes me have hope of a change in my city.
