What do you call this type of guitar stand??

ok your playing a song on guitar that starts out accustic and then cuts into a electric guitar. i have seen bands like Metallica and Pearl Jam use a guitar stand that holds their accustic guitar while their electric is strapped to their bodys. So when they finish the accoustic part they grab the electric and never miss a beat!!! does anyone know the name of this type of guitar stand??

I think it is called an accustic stand but not 100% shure
