If you started a country music band, what would be it's name, and what would it be like?

If i had a band i'd name it The country rockets..i dont know why but that came to my mind when i read the question..and this band would be very good it would have a lot of different styles of country music in it.

I think I'd name it "Long Way Home". My music would consist of ballads, uplifting tunes, and some comical pieces.

id go for the bakerfield sound of the great buck owens and call ourselves the delta 88s.

I'd raise from the dead the old group that we had in the 70's;
"The Right Road"(50's-60's-(and then new) 70's country.

"The Lost Highway Band"...Playing the golden oldies from the past:)
