MY TAKE:
She realizes she does love him she told him two years ago she didnt now they cross paths and she realizes she does and he doesnt anymore nothing like seeing someone from the past that makes you realize.

She does not love him anymore, but for a few moments he gets caught in the moment and forgets. But then he remembers that she does not!
