Mark Chesnutt...?

Has anyone gotten the chance to listen to Mark Chesnut's version of "Rollin with the flow" If so... do you think he did a good job on it? I think he did a great job.

A respectable version, but I'm such an old Silver Fox groupie that nothing can touch Charlie Rich's. I do have respect for Chesnut, though, because he's doing his part to preserve that real country sound.

I agree with you Tex and actually think his version is the best I have heard. He's just a plain ole country boy with a hell of a sound.

I have listening only from Charlie Rich version & Elizabeth Cook!In Americana awards it was very very good!(& sing the song "sometimes it takes balls to be a woman"!Cool!)

I had not hear it and just got finished searching to listen. All I came up with was a 30 second clip and from what I heard I think he did a great job. Was a little odd to not hear the piano but it just may have been the clip. Thanks for the head's up.
