What are the oppurtunities for Carrie Underwood fan club?

My Mother and I want to get my sister a Meet and Greet pass or a backstage pass for christmas. Do we need to sign up for the fan club? Can I buy a backstage pass when I sign up for the fan club?
How would I do that?

You cant just buy a meet and greet. I no that once a year she has a big party for her fanclub members and she is there and everynoe gets to meet her and take pics with her and stuff.
