Who told the Dixie Chicks to "shut up and sing?"? |
Who told the Dixie Chicks to "shut up and sing?"? Some Bush supporter who disagreed with the Dixie Chicks' stance on war. If only somebody had listened to them, over 3,000 US people would still be alive. the dixie chicks should just shut up for the rest of therer lives. The guy that threatened to kill them at a Dallas concert. Someone who wrote hate mail after they dissed President Bush. I don't think the person's name was ever disclosed. Dubya. I have no idea The Big Cheese W The Dixie Chicks are no more. me Dumbya because he can't stand texans with a brain. I think it was Toby Keith, in reaction to Dixie Chicks lead singer Natalie Maines saying that they were ashamed that President Bush was from Texas. I have no idea... i dont know.. but after their anti Bush speech they were into a huge ordeal with Toby Keith. because he is so all American... he tough by them bashing the president they were bashing America.... A lot of there fans did after the political statement they made at one of their concerts, resulting in their fans boycotting their Cd's. Radio stations didn't even want to play them. People who listen to that genre of music are all about supporting the troops and loving America, so why they would make such a stupid statement to begin with is beyond me. I searched the 'net and cannot find the source of the name of their album. "Shut up and sing" is a documentary directed by Barbara Kopple and Cecilia Peck on the Dixie Chicks in the wake of singer Natalie Maines' anti-George W. Bush statement at a 2003 concert in London. THE ENTIRE WORLD!!!!!!! the American people most of america, hope never to hear from them EVER again I am very proud to be an American. My beloved cousin Richard l |
