When choosing best answer to a question you asked. Do you choose first right answer or do you choose your friends??

The first right answer unless someone gives more background, detail & just shows a lot of knowledge about the question. I haven't been coming here long enough to have or play 'favorites' & try not to do so in life in general.

edit: Ain't really part of this 'lovely family' either, guess I'm a 'poor relation' who just sorta dropped in & stayed a spell. I'll probably be gone before I wear out my welcome, 'course sometimes ya think that type'll never go home. Pallets on the floor & thin the stew again!

I have been here long enough to know that there are placeholders or that four people can be answering at the same time and it is just luck and fast fingers that get them first place in line To be fair, I roll a dice and if it lands on 4, then I pick the fourth correct answer in line Report It

it's never the same. try to be fair to everyone.

I usually wait 3 days and choose the answer that gives me the best information I am looking for. Sometimes I have to let the voters decide.

I choose first right,but if it isnt a quiz question the one with the most insight.

I am still new here so my answer is pretty easy...I choose the first right answer that gives the most requested information.

I agree with ol okie but when they give me more detail it makes it more interesting. I also try to spread the points out so that all of the serious people on here can get points from the questions. I don't reckon there is a hard rule but if I know that someone has googled for the answer I am less likely to give the answer to them than someone who knows it but that's just me. I also don't like it when I ask for a song title and get the lyrics. Heck I can get the lyrics if that's what I want. Great question by the way.
