Can anyone tell me the name of the last cher concert?

I would like to buy the concert on cd but not sure of the name. any help would be great tks

It's---Living Proof, Farewell Tour. I'm looking at the Program right now. It says 2002, but I think it went on for, like, 5 years. I went three times, all in 2002. Awesome. I have the concert DVD, too. They just don't put on a show like Cher anymore.
