CLASSIC Country Fans..... Who did?????

"They Call Me A Playboy" ?????

not Dwight!!!

Wynn Stewart, song is called "playboy". First verse goes:

"They call me the playboy as I'm making my rounds

Chasing the bright lights of each nightspot in town

Though I never show it my heart's breaking in two

They may call me the playboy but I'm just lonesome for you

I once had a real love that was when I had you

Now I'll never feel love with somebody new

This clothes that I'm wearing it just covers my blues

They call me the playboy but I'm just lonesome for you

[ fiddle - steel ]

I once had a real love........"

Dwight Yoakam

Dwight Yoakam

It was Wynn Stewart and I am happy to have that song on both record and CD. I always thought Wynn was one of the greatest and had a pure voice. So sad he passed away from a heart attack the night before he was supposed to go back on tour after being off for awhile with personal problems. In my opinion he is Hall Of Fame material.

WYNN STEWART!!!!

I love his stuff!!! (and so does Fool4, right Fool?)

The duets he did with Jan Howard are awesome!
