I have seen her four times and met her twice out of the four. I could have met her the other times but i wanted to see if i could meet rascal flatts and another time you had to have passes to met her.
so i would call the venue and see if they are selling passes to meet her, if not then she will probably just sign for everyone.

She probably does. Just after the concert, leave a little early and have some friends block all exits so you can catch her. If you ask she is not going to say no. What kind of person would she be then?
