Taylor Swift or Carrie Underwood?

Who do you like better and why?

Carrie Underwood -- better singer and she has more than 2 good songs. That other girl seems to be a "one note," imo.

I love Carrie Underwood.She is Pretty and as a Great voice!I love her song "Before He Cheats" but my sister likes Taylor Swift. But I think Carrie Underwood is better she is much more mature (she is older than Taylor).Taylor has a great voice but she is still kinda young. So my vote is Carrie Underwood.But I still like Taylor too :)

Carrie Underwood. I pick her because I have heard both of them sing live and Taylor did not sound good while Carrie did. How do you think she won American Idol? Don't get me wrong about Taylor because I like her songs too, just not live. Go Carrie!

i answered this before, and i'll answer this again, neither.

Frankly, there are a number of female country singers who are, in my opinion, superior vocalists.

However, between Carrie & Taylor..........I would give Carrie the "nod" as the better of the two. Taylor is, of course younger, and if she can gather enough momentum to stay around for a while, am guessing her best work is ahead of her.

Carrie Underwood by far. Not only is "Before He Cheats" a great country song, she can go soft with "Jesus Take The Wheel" also! I like Taylor Swift's "Tim McGraw" but Carrie is the more superior talent.

It's not even fair to compare the two, Carrie Underwood has the better voice by a mile. Taylor Swift sounds like a 12 year old girl singing; I understand that she's only 17 but she doesn't have much of a voice at all and I'm not sure she ever will. Carrie Underwood has twice the voice she has.

I like them both pretty well. I think I like Taylor better since she is younger, so i relate to her a little better.

but i love "before he cheats" by carrie. lol

Carrie has an amazing voice and seems to be a wonderful person.

Taylor seems so sweet and she actually writes her own music at the age of 17. There are not very many country artists that write their own songs. She's very talented.

Carrie is absolutely amazing and Taylor Swift is a great song writer!!!And theyre both great singers but Carrie has the better voice....but like i said i love them both!!!!

they are my two fave female artists!!

i havent seen Carrie in concert while i have seen Taylor four times!
Both seem super nice (Taylor is for a fact, i met her), and both have wonderful voices.
Taylor writes more of her own song while I think Carrie has a little stronger voice.
I cant choose, I LOVE THEM BOTH!

I like Taylor Swift better. I like more of her songs than I like of Carrie Underwoods. Currently my two favorite songs are Before He Cheats and Picture to Burn. I like them both quite a bit though.
