Violation notice:?

I just recieved a violation notice for posting the question, who sang :You Don't hear" by Kitty Wells, written by;Tommy Cash-Jerry Huffman,on Decca 31749. #4 on Billboards chart in the year 1965,Can anyone justify or prove to me that this question is a violation of community guidelines? I now know that there are some people on country section who are not right, are you able to sleep well? If you throw something at me do you think I won't throw back? I will stand forever for what is right Will you?

Come on I'll Fade it.

That doesn't seem like anything to get violated for. The folks at Y/A don't research anything but I think they just violate you because someone didn't like what you said or something. I have heard that it's a waste of time to appeal it but if I were you I would do just that. I wish that they would tell you who reported you and why. I'll help you fade it.

Theres all kinds here at Answers. Either someone didn't like the question , or someone here doesn't like you , or someone may just be causing random trouble (that's my guess). I think Yahoo should filter out the bogus people who file whackjob complaints against other innocent questions, and hey, you should fight it..if ya want, but it's no big deal, it happens to the best of us.

I ask "Most Annoying Country Song", and it got deleted. No big deal.

P.S. The question spam can get really bad in the country side. You'll see "Classic Country --- Artist" over and over. Two or three posters with many blocked options so you can't see what they're doing.

Hey Gone, I got a violation yesterday for asking a question also. My question never made it on. I asked a Charlie Daniels questions asking everyone to name the songs I had listed. Y/A does not check our questions personally it is done by computers that are programed to search for words that may violate their rules. In my case I had written out the name of the songs but had taken out every other letter to make it harder to figure out. ex: T_x_s. I didn't even bother fighting it because last time all I got from yahoo was an "Oh well" I also know that if you get a violation it will tell you if you have been reported by someone or if it is just a Y/A violation. I,m for stopping all this non-sense but before you take any action just make sure it wasn't a simple violation from yahoo. thanks.

I got one 3 days ago, I appealed, did no good, just got a full page of rules, I had to figure out myself if I might have violated one of them lol. ditto the other appeal. I shant bother with that nonsence again I have much better and real things to worry about. This is my fun country time.

I feel for you, there are a few "people" (for lack of a better word) that do it, because they are being childish and immature.
You would think that "people" that LOVE the classics would LOVE to spread the message of how great lthis music is, but instead it has turned ino this mess!!! (it's childish)

I get violations all the time, (and I have a pretty good idea who's behind it)
Gotta go, I can see one coming in now!!!! lol

On Edit
These people will not show their hands!!!!
They hide behind their computers and try to ruin this catagory that everybody (but a few) enjoy!!!

My two cents-

I've had two violations. The first I ignored. The second I disputed, and got a message from YA saying they would "investigate". After a month, I contacted them again asking how long this investigation would take-never heard another word.
Basically, if a "trusted" member reports you, your answer/question is automatically removed.

Sorry about your violation.
