verses the classic seven note scale. Personally, I would never want to tune a guitar to anything other than the standard E-A-D-G-B-E', except perhaps for a "quick" drop D within a single tune. Remember that all your basic chord formations will be altered.
You'd be far better off just playing the pentatonics within the standard tuning.
