Jon Bon Jovi...where ever he goes his loyal fans will follow...and he has country in him already...

for almost a year now? Ran up on some of his music and listening to it right now. Haven't found his first name yet. Got side tracked by music.

His name is Jon Bon Jovi. He is the "front man" for the hair band Bon Jovi. They're from New Jersey (which was the name of one of their best selling albums.)
He is "going country" but not for the $. If you listen closely to today's country, it does resemble quite a bit of the 80's and such music; which would explain the reason for many of the rock crossovers.

I think that it's been in the last couple of years that John Bon Jovi and the rest of his band have written and sung more songs that have become popular with Country music fans, as well as Pop fans. Bon Jovi did a Crossroads special with Sugarland more than a yr ago. At first, I thought they would be a bad combination, but it sounded great! (For the last several years, my favorite kind of music has been Country, although prior to that, I listened to many other kinds of music, including music written and sung by Bon Jovi years ago.)
