What was the cause of death of P.Ramlee?

P.Ramlee is the Elvis of the malay world his songs are still enjoyed untill now.He is one of my favourite singers.

On 27 May 1973 P.Ramlee died at the age of 44 due to heart problems and was buried in Jalan Ampang, Kuala Lumpur

He died from heart complications.
