If you could be with any deceased classic country artist and he or she asked you which five songs you would like for him or her to sing for you which ones would you choose and why?? Thanks Johnny Cash...for sure!! And I'd like to hear:
1. Folsom Prison Blues
2. I Walk the Line
3. Country Trash
4. No Earthly Good
5. Southern Accents
I chose Johnny Cash because I absolutely love him!!!! I would like him to sing these songs because they are all so good just like ALL his music...the first two because who wouldn't want to hear them? They ARE Johnny Cash....what he's known for. The last three because they each mean something to me. Johnny Cash sang what he knew....and what he knew, I know!!! What it's like living in the country and the south..... Marty Robbins. I would like to hear:
Big Iron--love the guitar
El Paso--the quintessential Marty Robbins song
Devil Woman--I WAS the devil woman
Ribbon of Darkness--a very sad song that is paradoxically kind of up-tempo
Ruby Ann--I love Robbins' versatility and this represents it Tammy Wynette:
Liar's Roses - Beautiful Song - One of her Best
Broadminded - Love that song
Apt. #9 - Classic
Precious Memories - Her Version is so powerful
Stand By Your Man Conway Twitty
1. Hello Darlin
2.I may never get to heaven
3.It's only make believe
4.Tight fittin' jeans
5. She needs someone to hold her(when she cries)
Some of my favorites by him, just love his voice. Mel Street

Lovin' on Backstreets
I wonder who'll turn out the lights (in your world tonight)
and that would be my question!!!! WHY???????
