Why is House M.D. on hiatus until late January? Well, there is a writers strike. I just read that talks aren't working very well to settle the situation so who knows when there will be new shows again. Most of the more popular T.V. shows take a break over the holidays. I'm not quite sure what the reasoning is, but it's not uncommon. could be because of the strike along with the usual end of the year hiatus of shows. It is coincidental that the holidays occured just as the networks are running out of epidodes of TV shows. At least this year they announced the hiatuses (hiati?) In the past I lost track of 24 and Prison Break during the holidays! It's probably due to the writers strike. |
