Are you looking forward to a new season of LOST or are you over the whole hyped up mysterious Island?

With LOST coming back in February are you looking forward to it? Case of a tired plot or will you give it some time to flourish and then jump back on eventually? Are you going to be recording every moment and watching it closely, even though technically it no longer takes place where it used to? (if you've been watching, you know what I mean)

Do you personally think its going to end in a hokey way, remember St Elsewhere or Newhart(can you name others that ended in the same case?), or will it actually have meaning and an explanation? I am looking for answers but also more opinions in the matter, be open please.

I am a huge LOST fan. I rewatched seasons 1 and 2 over the summer and I already know I'm getting season 3 for Christmas from a friend and I'm going to watch it before February.

I don't see how anyone can get bored of it. When I started watching it, it was because Dominic Monaghan (Charlie) was in it and I said that if they killed him off I'd probably stop watching it. But I grew to love it too much. And I need to know the answers. It's like an addiction. I swear, the day of the season 4 premiere I will be in a SUCH a good mood!

I think that it will end with MOST of the questions answered. The main ones at least. They have a set plan and time table. I think it will leave some of the more obsolete things out. The questions that really don't pertain to the story as a whole.

But I'm afraid that they won't have a big enough fan base to finish it up. I used to know a bunch of people that watched it for the first season and part of the second. But because of all the breaks and weeks without a new episode they stopped watching it. And if the strike doesn't get resolved, it's hardly worth showing 8 episodes. And then it'll be ANOTHER 9 months until the new season. It's just frustrating. I will eagerly keep watching though.

don't watch it

YES! i love lost lol its great but kind of confusing lol! argh february is ages away i can't wait!! lol!

I used to be really in to it, but with all the long breaks for new episodes, repeats and boring story lines I've stopped watching it.

It will probably end like the Dallas "dream" ending when Pamela Ewing woke up and it was all a dream. One of the characters will probably wake up it will all have been a dream.

i have been a devoted LOST watcher, and quite honestly...i need to brush up because its been so long, im starting to forget where we left off, and many details of the show.

Im aboslutely looking forward to the new season! I WANT SOME FREAKING ANSWERS! haha. I am so ready for it to come back, but i know we wont get all the answers because the show is due for another 2-3 seasons, something like that. its going to drag on!! i just hope the show doesnt get cancelled before the finale because then I'll die never knowing what happened to Charlie!!! (he couldntve died!)

I'm looking forward to it starting back up again, but I'm unsure if I'll be able to get back into it like I was in the beggining. It's been so long since I saw the finale. I'm kinda fuzzy on all the details, and still disappointed with Charlie's death! I don't know. I've always just enjoyed the ride, and not tried to think too hard about how it will come together.

I was a big fan but the long breaks have ruined it.
Also they promised to give us all the answers last season and they didnt so how can you believe anything now.....

umm yahhh hello Lost who can get sick of it

Yeah I'm looking forward to it, its one of the few shows on TV worth tuning in to.
I dont think the plot's tired, its just immensly complex. After each episode I check out http://darkufo.blogspot.com/ which is a site by a diehard Lost fan who writes awesome reviews of each episodes. He picks up on a lot of things we easily miss.
The ending is so far away (three years) so I can't possibly imagine or speculate how the whole saga will end.
Can't wait for Feb 4th though!
