Do you think David Palmer's character in the TV series "24" is based on Colin Powell? I think that it's possible that President Palmer was based on Colin Powell. However President Palmer sort of has the whole Patriotism thing going on. He is always looking to help out within the country, no matter what it does to other countries (think season 2). Colin Powell was the secretary of state and so probably isn't as gung ho about mowing people down to protect America. |

You will probably have to download it using some sort of Bit torrents. It is very difficult to find the newer episodes of ER because NBC is taking their sweet time releasing the seasons onto DVD.
