Can you watch long television series like Heros? |
When I first heard about Heros before it was on TV, I thought it was a great idea, but I cannot put aside all the time to watch all the episodes. I couldn't even watch all the 1st series upto that point when they were shown on one channel, one night. I know we were supposed to watch it wekly or whenever it was shown, but they demand so much of our time regularly, I only watched 3 episodes. I have no problem watching long series. In fact, not only do I watch several series currently on the air (like Heroes, House, Cold Case, NCIS, Bones, etc.), but I am also in the process of rewatching old series like X-Files (in repeats on cable), Kidnapped (from Netflix), and The Pretender (from purchased DVDs). I suppose it helps that I am an insomniac, though! Your not supposed to watch it all at once. Thats why it was on weekly! I thought the end was sh1t anyway!! Yeah, going ballistic because prison break is off air till Jan. hahaha no i cant. i started watching it in the beginning. but then i just stopped.... Get yourself a digital recorder, best thing since sliced bread. Heroes is fantastic. I know what you mean about finding the time to watch it each week, that's the beauty of Sky+. We have it on series link so we can watch it any time we like. you don't always have to watch it on tv if you don't have time. when you have the time in the next few weeks, you go to nbc.com and watch the full episodes online. it is a lot more flexible that way Heroes is a great show! Can't wait for the new episodes every week! A movie would be good but not as good as it is when people have to wait an entire week. I tend to record a few episodes and then watch them all after each other. I iron for a living and find that watching the programmes I have recorded stops me from wandering away from the ironing board when I get board. Thank god for the programmes or I'd never get my work done. |
