Are there only 7 episodes in SUPERNATURAL S3?

i can't seem to find series 3 episode 8?!

Writers strike delay. They only got a chance to film 7 episodes before the strike began. Depending on when the negotiations are finished, there may only be 7 episodes. Unfortunately, if the strike goes to long many loved TV programs and movies may never continue. Write/email the producer of your favorite shows to encourage them to negotiate with the writers.

Looks like they were able to complete 10 shows before the strike. The next is listed as airing in December and is called "A Vary Supernatural Christmas" so it may not have come out yet.

i think there sould be more becuase i have the complete first season and there are 24 episodes. i still have to buy the second one and i want to buy the third one when it comes out.

not 7...there will only be 10 I believe because of the writer's strike - more episodes are coming up (next new one is Dec 13) but then it goes on hiatus again until January where I believe there will be 2 more new episodes, maybe 3?
