When is the next episode of Desperate Housewives going to air?

On IMBD, I saw that this Sunday instead of Deperate housewives, something else is going to be on. And then the Sunday after that, a re-run of the first episode of this season is gonna be on. So when is Desperate Houseives going to continue?

In the beggining of the previous episode, Mary Alice said that "Somebody is going to lose a husband and everybody is going to lose a friend".

I think for sure that Victor Lang is dead. So that covers the husband death.

And then as for the friend, I'm really not sure but it better not be a main character.

ABC's "Desperate Housewives" has one new episode, likely airing in January.

But fans will have to wait to see it. Channel 4 has announced that Desperate Housewives won't return as planned in January because of the ongoing writers' strike in the Hollywood.

I think that we will not see dh again untill after the writers strike and as for the friend being lost . I think that will be Katherine because I have a feeling she will divorce Adam now that she knows that the affair was the truth and that is why they settled the lawsuit .
