Kid nation season 2 application!!?

i need to get an application for kid nation season 2 plz help me, where can i get one??? and HOW!!??

I dont know how but a couple days ago I found it for 2007! i SAW THE ADDRESS SO i'M GOING TO MAIL THEM AND ASK FOR AN APPLICATION!
