Season 3 Finale of the hills song- when Lauren is mad about Paris again?

does anybody know the song played on the season finale of the hills when whitney tells lauren she's going to paris again and lauren is all upset...and it continues into the scene where spencer is talking to his sister? some lyrics: "well, there goes my hope again, it's floating away somehow still anchored to you, you will fall" ive been looking for 2 hours. please help!
