What happened to Jorga Fox on CSI?

On CSI Las Vagas, why is Jorga Fox not on there and what is happening with the rest of the cast?

Your first responder was right. In addtion to what he wrote, she had been pushing for more money and had not shown up for work in protest etc etc. She had been fired in 2005 and then rehired but she did the same thing last season while trying to re-negotiate her contract. She caused a delay in the filming of the season finale, which caused a budget overrun and resulted in them having to bring back everyone else to reshoot scenes and an altenate ending. So when her contract expired, there was no hope they would have paid her much less given her a raise. so they parted ways.

I got a few thumbs down on my comments I see quite a few drank the Jorja Koolaid. People, she LIED! She wanted more money, the execs said no. they had been fighting since JAN 2007. Her contract lapsed in May. So we were to believe she just kept on working out of the goodness of her heart. please Report It

Jorga Fox and the creators of CSI + CBS did not agree with the value of the new contract. She wanted more money (raise) and CBS was only willing to give her the same increase like most of the cast members. This has been an issue since 2005 but the contract finally expired and no renewal was done. They finally mutually walked the opposite directions

Jorga, aka Sara left cause she was tired of all the death. She may or may not be back on. In real life, She said she just needed a brake and hopefully she will return. As for the other cast, guess we see why there is a writer's strike now, huh?

Jorja said that she is having a midlife crisis, so she needs a break to do other stuff before she gets too old. After working 11 and a half years in TV business, she wants to enjoy her life and do other things she likes, such as traveling, surfing, and doing theater. She also mentioned about having a kid and maybe going to college. She left the show, but she said that she hopes to come back.

Well, the other cast are still on the show, except for Louise Lombard (played Sofia Curtis) who also left the show. Hopefully, the Writers Strike ends soon, so they can start filming again.

She did not re-sign a contract, she wanted to move on to other things before she got too old, according to her own words on Inside Edition. Not contract dispute, she is however supposed to show up as a guest appearance from time to time. Now they got Warrick all messed up. I dont know what they are doing over there!
