Last desperate housewives episode?

why is everyone saying lynette's family is dead? i didn't get that from the episode.. i thought that her family was safe in the old ladys basement and she screamed because her house was completely gone .. but did her family get blown too?

lol, i think that WAS the old ladies househat got blown, that's why she screamed, they made it seem like her family was dead, but i think they got out of the house before to look for lynette...i dunno...but it was a very interesting episode! :)

It wasn't Lynette's house that was blown down. It was the old lady she stayed in the tub with. I don't think her family is dead because at the beginning of the show they said one desperate housewife was going to loose her husband which is Gabrielle and that one of the housewives was going to leave, I don't know who. Lynette just screamed cuz she thinks something happened. It could happen that maybe they got crushed when the house came down

i thought they were safe too weren't they all in the same house
