David Caruso's acting skills?

Anybody else think that David Caruso from CSI:Miami is... a... horrible... actor... ?

no one can dramatically take off, or put on sunglasses like him.

We play drinking games to csi miami...every time he dramtically pauses, takes off his glasses, puts on his glasses, or talks with his head tilted to the side....drink!

oh yeah, but so is William Shatner, sometimes being awful is the perfect niche for an actor and they get a cult following because of it.

I would answer: "...leave much to be desired."

Caruso is ok in my book as an actor. No, he isn't Laurence Olivier, but of all of the CSI's, CSI Miami is the one I watch.

I always lol at the cheesy intros, I can see the holiday episode now..

Guy: Horatio! a woman just got killed by a guy described wearing a Santa Claus outfit!

Horatio: I guess that means it's up to us to find out who's naughty..

*puts on sunglasses*

He's extremely horrible. I can't watch CSI:Miami because he's so bad.

I see someone beat me to the William Shatner comparison, lol! You either like him or hate him, it depends on how much you like the show they play on. I love CSI Miami, but my friend can't stand the way David will look into the camera and tell the criminal some lame line like "oh, you will be the first to know, my friend" and then the Who starts to scream at you, I personally love it!! He might not get the Emmy, but it's still a lot of people's favorite show.


Hey, I just read the answer that CSI can be a drinking game, us old people used to do that with the Bob Newhart Show, everytime someone says "Bob" you drink, oh, I'm sooo old, glad to see the tradition is being carried on with a new show!!

I think that too, but, I still watch the show because the other actors on that show aren't that bad. Caruso's acting becomes a little repetitive. He keeps saying the same things over and over, here's my fav:

Suspect: If you have nothing on me, can I go? I don't have time for this, I have work to do.

Haratio: So do I, Mr. Something... So do I.

I like him he reminds me of Jack Lord from Hawaii 5-0
