I would like some serious answers regarding my birth chart?

I was born March 1st, 1957 at approximately 4 am in the morning. I have the sun and moon in Pisces, and and venus and mercury in Aquarius. I have the sun and moon both squared by the saturn in Saggitarius. I know I am old as dirt. I suffer from depression and panic attacks. My sun and moon are squared by Saturn. What would be your suggestions as to what I could do to make myself a happier and more productive person. I am very shy, but feel at ease when in some kind of helping position, either personally or in a job situation.

very hard to answer. You should have included your birthplace. My answer would have been easy. Look at any good aspect , sextile, trine, or even a semi-sextile that are aspecting sun or moon. The planet aspecting will reveal how to counteract the bad incluence and the house, will show where to begin.
Just a note that a square from saturn affects more the physical body than the mind. If you learn by saturn's mistake, the square will eventually turn into a trine . The good aspect from a planet will also reveal the anecdote.

yeah my saturn is in sag too. we dont get to our stablization till this time in our lifes but yours being squared by both personility and emotions you probably have a hard time with internal struggles of tention and downfalls of your own making.I'd suggest that you keep the notion of "this too will pass",and look for spiritual faith to get you thru the indesive and depressive times.yes a field that will take you away from your own problems help.remember you are here to teach this world compassion.

If you are simply blue...volunteer somewhere.
Hospital, Library, Adult Daycare Center..many many places.
I volunteer in the hospital and it's great. I was also a CNA and am studing special education and social work among a few other things. They are all helping professions. BTW: You're not old as dirt! If you like to help, get out and do it. It shows me you are a beautiful person (and I'm not just saying that for the points). LOL
