Are these signs Gemini and Scorpio compatible?

I am an all the way scorpion agressive and sometimes up to my nose it fits me perfectly but this guy I like he is the gemini and they are called twins as in they have mixed personalities. I hate the fact that he has the same sign as my evil step mother which is an awful coincidence. I hope it doesn't mean he is like her with mixed personalitys or is he?

I think it depends on your rising sign bcuz most people are more like they rising sign then they sun sign. My brother is a rising gemini and i'm a rising capricorn and we dont get along sometime. He is very mean for no reasons. One day he act nice and the next day he is selfish and hateful for no reasons! But it depends on the boy you like rising sign.....
