I'm a sun sign virgo and my rising sign is pisces...?

I'm confused because people say i'm a rising pisces and others say i'm a rising capricorn. I was born August 31, 1990 at 4:58pm in Mobile,Al in U.S.A. Do anyone know what is my real rising sign cuz i dont know.

you can also look at your appearance and it reveals a little about your ascendant. For example, if you are short and chubby, with beautiful eyes it's more likely that you have pisces ascendant. In contrast, if you are more practical, with a great smile, more sharper features, it is more likely you are a capricorn.
I had the same problem with my ascendant and I was able to figure it out without my birthtime
