Scorpio or Saggitarius?

If your birthday falls on the cusp, as in 'Nov 22'. Why is your horoscope Scorpio in some papers and Saggitarius in others?
Why can't they all decide one way or the other?

because you need the time of your birth, as based on your place of birth it could be anytime of that day.

if you dont know your time of birth, answer me these following questions and it can help you.

answer only from your gut ok: just a yes or no

1. do you have a strong urge to finish projects/things you started? or you like to keep moving?

2. do you try to blend in the crowd?

3. do you speak your mind? or do you hold it in?

@Ron, the poster below me, why didnt he just gave them their REAL horoscopes?
coz it wasnt their horoscope in the first place. it only proved that their human and they feel love they get hurt blah blah.

and if you knew astrology each zodiac has its own very distinct characteristics.

that youtube video proved nothing but give them fake horoscopes. anybody can generalize but zodiacs arent generalized.

Answer...it has to do with your time of birth.

Because the "cusp" changes every year. One agrees on the cusp for one year, another on the cusp for another year.

But your sign should be fixed, depending on the year and the time of day you were born, your sun is either in scorpio or in sagittarius but stays there permanently. It doesn't change signs because one magazine says this and the other says that. And you're never both signs either.
