Without a doubt I would say Capricorn. EVERY Capricorn I have known is selfish and irrational. They often put up their fists ready to fight or argue with no justification or rationale for their explosive behaviors.

I have found that Capricorns always blame others for their mistakes and love to gossip and judge others. Most have been lazy (in my experience) always wanting others to pay their bills and they like to take the glory for the work of others. I swore I would never befriend or have a romantic relationship with a Capricorn again as long as I live.

Sorry if I have offended any Capricorns who have more rationale than those I labeled.

Aries... i dont think they are odd.. but damn they are the hardest to get along with if your a Virgo.. but funnily enough nearly all my closest friends are Aries...lol...

I think anyone that judges anyone or puts much stock in the zodiac signs to be flaky period.

Pisces are meant to be dreamy and romantic and possibly a bit flaky. No offense, I am one myself.

I've known alot of Geminis and they are all two-faced! But, since I'm an air sign I got along with them.

I personally think every sign has their good and bad side. I think scorpios are mysterious and hard to approach, but they can be fun. I think Capricorn is too cold and calculating for me. Libras and Sags are the funnest to be around, everyone is different and everyone is unique. So, really....There isn't a flakiest zodiac sign.

Without a doubt Libra then Pisces & of course cold Capricorn.
