When a tenage (shy around person he likes) Capricorn has a crush on a girl?

does he put like all his effort into it. What I mean is like once he likes her he wont give up on er untill he gets her. And also will he sometimes act cool?? : )

only if he really likes the girl and see her as a long term partner., and they consider if they are financially secure themselves, before they start any relationship.

i don't think so..if the signs are there she likes him maybe but if they're not he wouldn't WASTE HIS TIME, believe me. they're not desperate in any way shape or form.
